As I started writing this post, I realized that my last one on New Trends In Nutrition was in 2016. To be fair, I have been blogging since then but for other websites such as The Wellness Project and Curejoy.

A lot has happened since, in my personal life, in my work environment and in my vision of this blog and the health community in general.

My goals in my personal life are continuous improvement and development on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.

My goals in my work environment are launching my new startup business.

My goals for this blog are for it to become an easy and fun resource for everyone looking for information about nutrition, health and wellness.  Previously, my approach to blogging was more about information and knowledge. Now, you will get to enjoy all of this with a more personal approach.

I welcome any questions, suggestions and comments. At the end of the day, I did study nutrition and it might be a science but, we are all different in the way we live, breathe and feel. And all of this affects our body, mind and soul.
